Vegan sandwiches

September is over and everyone is probably used to go to school and work regularly . It is sometimes a nuisance, but you know what helps me? Snack! It just can makes a day a little better. These three vegan sandwiches are my favorites. They are quick, easy and delicious. I hope you like them too!

Sandwich Caprése
Ingredients
basil tofu
tomatoe
vegan margarine
basil
salt
pepper
Preparation method
A slice of bread spread with margarine and cut in half it. On one half put the tofu slices, tomatoes and salt and pepper. Finally, add the basil and top it with other bread half.

Ingredients
slice of bread
vegetable burger
onion rings
mustard
ketchup
parsley
Preparation method
A slice of bread spread with mustard and ketchup and cut it in half. On one half put the burger, onion, parsley and top it with other bread half.

Sandwich with „egg“ spread
Ingredients
cucumbers
chive
„tofu egg spread“
plain tofu
small onion
mustard
turmeric/curry
black salt
pepper
Preparation method
Cut a slice of bread in half and then top the tofu egg spread. Sprinkle with chives, put cucumber and top it with other bread half.
