The third part of the series „What I ate in a dayvegan edition is here. This time, no drinks are included, but  I drink at least 2 liters of water a day and coffee in the morning. I unfortunately didn’t fit it on the photos or I forgot about it. If you are interested in any recipe, write to me.

Breakfast

Porridge from soy milk with apples, nectarine, cinnamon and Goja seeds.

Forenoon snack

Energy bar with cashew and coconut.

Lunch

Couscous with baked beetroot and smoked tofu.

Afternoon snack

Mug cake from microwave with peanut butter and cocoa and cherry soya yogurt .

Dinner

Corn tortillas stuffed with peppers, tomatoes, Chinese cabbage and sunflower seeds.
